Weekly cashback in detail
The heart of the VIP Club is the weekly cashback. Part of a week's net losses comes back as bonus funds. The higher the level, the higher the rate, the higher the weekly maximum and the lower the wagering on the cashback.

What the net loss is
Cashback relates to a week's net loss. This means the total of all stakes minus all winnings. Anyone who wins more than they stake in a week overall is in profit and receives no cashback for that week, because there is no loss for it to relate to. That is not a penalty, simply the logic of the system: cashback is a cushion for weaker weeks.
Worked example at the entry level
Suppose a player at the entry level stakes €400 in total in a week and wins €250. The net loss is €150. Of that, 8% comes back, so €12. This cashback is credited as bonus funds and wagered 10x, so €120 in playing volume.
A second example: with a net loss of €800, the 8% rate would come to €64 on paper. As the maximum at the entry level is €50, €50 is credited.
Worked example at the top level
At VIP 25, the same calculation looks completely different. With a net loss of €2,000 in a week, 25% comes back, so €500. The wagering is just 1x, meaning €500 of playing volume before the funds are freely available. The weekly maximum of €7,500 is only reached with a net loss of €30,000.
The 1x wagering in particular is why we consider cashback at the upper levels one of the strongest features of the entire offer. In practice, it is hardly distinguishable from real money there.
Why cashback is still not a plan
However attractive the numbers sound, there is one thing we say very clearly: cashback only ever offsets part of the losses, never all of them. Even at the top level, three quarters of a net loss remain. Anyone who plays more to get more cashback almost always ends up losing more than comes back. Cashback is a consolation for a weak week, not a reason for a heavier one.
The personal manager from level 11
From level 11, every member gets a personal manager. For us, alongside cashback, this is the most important building block of the club, because it offers something that cannot be expressed in percentages: a dedicated person who knows the account and the story behind it.
